That's right, our services are designed to be your initial consultation. We can simply provide feedback, offer professional design ideas, look at your existing layout, mechanical systems, budget expectations, explain the permitting process, answer questions, etc., all designed to help you prepare you for your next steps. 


Although we can tackle pretty much any project we consult on, our actual construction management services are usually booked in advance so be assured that we have no intentions to 'secure the job' besides helping you get on your way to a successful project with whomever you choose or if you're planning to self-manage.

The initial 1-1/2 hour on-site consultation fee is only $200 and then an hourly rate for any work requested thereafter. 


Some homeowners may only need the initial site visit while others may ask for additional time to help draw rough plans, budget estimating, sub-contractor walks, additional site visits based on any revisions/updates, etc.


Payment is accepted via check, Venmo, or Zelle.

PCI Patterson Concepts is a family owned business originated by Bob Patterson. Bob started in flatwork and transitioned into home construction more than 30 years ago holding active General Contractor licenses in Denver and neighboring cities. He and his wife, Rita Lee, whom is a licensed Realtor have worked together for more than 20 years on hundreds of construction projects along the front range. 


Projects have included land acquisition, annexation, subdivision through Planned Unit Developments for single family as well as multi-family projects.


Recent project include new single family homes, architectural design, lalrge and small remodels, 'pop-tops', additions, ADU's, basement finishes, and consultation services.
